Motherhood = NO Privacy!

My second time around with this thing called motherhood is bringing experiences that I never had the "pleasure" of experiencing the first time. Like lack of privacy. Maybe it's because I have a girl this time. My son always kind of left me alone. I can never remember a time where I was on the toilet and here came Jalen. Not one single time. However Paige is cut from a different cloth. Paige stays side eyeing any type of privacy that I attempt to have. She took my privacy, balled it up in her hands and threw it in the trash. Paige took my privacy, drove it out to a deserted house, and left it there ..... Walking Dead style. Paige took my privacy and beat it like Harpo did Sofia. My privacy feels like

Paige told my privacy BYE .... like Felicia. First it started with her knocking on the door while I was in the bathroom. She would bang on the door until I answered. If I ignored her, she'd cry and bang until I swung the door open. I mean a woman cant have 10 minutes to herself to handle her business without KNOCK, KNOCK, KNOCK! Just

for no reason lol  Even if I was doing number two, she'd stand right next to me and smile. Then she graduated. It went from being in the bathroom while I was using the bathroom to pulling the bathroom curtain back while I was showering. She'd stand there with an amazed look on her face as if she was just discovering a shower for the first time. I went to my husband and said I dont ask for much do I? Is it too much to ask for just a little privacy in the bathroom????? I went to facebook and surprisingly every mother/girl child laughed at me. Apparently I am late to the party. This is the life when you have a girl.

This cant be the life. So fast forward to this evening. I come home from my first training session and all I want is a hot hot hot bubble bath. I mean my poor muscles are screaming and my poor body is begging for TLC. I run a hot tub FULL of bubbles and water and I quietly slip into the bathroom unnoticed. I'm in the tub, relaxing, feeling GREAT ..... when all of a sudden the door opens and here comes missy pooh! She looks at the bubbles, grins and takes her diaper off. My calm and pleasant bubble bath turned into me telling Paige not to eat the bubbles, Paige splashing water everywhere and then us laughing and sliding everywhere. So basically now I cant have bubble baths to myself either.  All I could do is laugh. I guess what the other mothers told me was true. When you decide to become a mommy, you give up all rights to privacy.
No they are NOT joking!
